HOAP stands for Healthy Outcomes for All Pregnancies.

women in Miami Dade County in 2007. Many uninsured women
can not aford their diagnostic Ultrasound. This
ultrasound is vital to a healthy pregnancy. The HOAP
project was designed to make getting a diagnostic ultrasound
more affordable for women without insurance. HOAP
reduces the cost by 40% or more.

1. How can you receive
services from the HOAP program?
You
must be referred by your health care provider through a HOAP
referral form. No one can get service if not under the
order and care of a healthcare provider.

2. Do I need
an appointment to receive service? You must have
referral form faxed by your healthcare provider to make an
appointment. All patients must have appointment before
receiving service.
